Hiromi Takahashi
As a Sogetsu Ikebana artist, I practise Ikebana with passion and creativity. I explore new approaches to floral expression, working with natural materials while highlighting the energy and individuality of each flower. At the same time, I deeply value the beauty of nature.
I started studying Ikebana in 1991 in Tokyo and became a qualified teacher in 2002 in London. Also I completed BA Fine Art at Byam Shaw at Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London in 2007.
Now I am 1st grade teacher of Sogetsu School. I started teaching Ikebana in London in 2017 and started weekly Instagram live in 2023. I have regular Ikebana classes in Central London.
