We kicked off our 2025–2026 Ikebana Online Show & Tell season with the theme Blue, exploring all the feelings and meanings this timeless colour holds.

Our special guest, Mrs. Sachiko Pearce, a member of the Ikenobo School, opened the session by sharing her ikebana works and creative insights. Together with Sachiko-sensei and our ikebana friends, we discovered how blue can express both calm and confidence — from soft, dreamy blooms to bold, sculptural designs. Each arrangement told its own blue story, showing how colour can shape the emotion and rhythm of nature’s form.
